I have just returned from Lanzarote where I am being told there is no point getting a Surveyor when buying a property.
What is the general opinion? If I need a Surveyor can anyone recommend and English speaking one?

Hi there,
Since I´m loocking to live most of the time there as a retired person , I could do this in a private way just let me know if I could live in your property during the vacancy time and take care of minor issues.
I have the Spanish nationality , speak German French, English, Portugiese, Italian, and live in Germany since 1981.
