I would like to understand how easy it is to rent a property in Lanzarote monthly ? or are you better off purchasing.
My ideal situation would be to come over for a few months at a time, I am aware of new Brexit rules. How do you find out about suitable rentals i.e. privately not through agents. I love Playa Blanca near Faro park is my ideal location.
Any suitable advice is appreciated, Thanks.

Thanks for your response I am looking for a smaller property as 5 beds for me is way too large. Last time I visited we had a 3 bed property so something smaller would also be fine.

Bit cheeky I know, we have just bought a property in Lanzarote and possibly looking to rent for a few weeks of the year. Can I ask do you arrange all your bookings yourself (if so, how do you advertise your property) or do you use an agent.
