What’s happened to the little bar?

So we always used to visit the little cafe bar up the side street at the end of the precinct, cofffee and home made cakes. Always a busy little place, very friendly. Really disappointing to find it’s closed down, does anyone know if they’ve opened up anywhere else? He was there last winter and I do remember him saying it had been a difficult year with not many tourists.
