Yoga with a philosophical twist

I’m an environmental philosopher and yoga teacher (and writer) and I’ll be practicing and teaching on Playa Honda beach (in the little cove where there are boats and a house at the end of Calle Nasa near the exercise machines) on Monday Wednesday and Friday morning 8.30-9.30am. Please feel free to join me. Bring a mat. I’ll adjust the practice for whoever comes. It will be good fun and a bit provocative!
