Hi All, coming to PDC in a couple of weeks hopefully to purchase apartment.
Looking for recommendations for English speaking solicitor & bank in PDC.
Not Caixa, as we had a nightmare with them with our previous property on the mainland.
Also, do all banks have monthly charges?

Speak to Abbi (english) at Lanzarote Investments the estate agents in PDC, she has a list of english speaking lawyers etc and the one she recommended to us is excellent. Banks are a matter or choice we went with Santander as they are also in the UK.
