Hi, has anyone dealt with House Lanzarote estate agents when purchasing a property? If so, are they reputable and do they deal with the whole legal/solicitor process for you. We’ve found an apartment we’d like to buy so appreciate any info. Thanks!
House Lanzarote have a good reputation on the island however, you will still need a lawyer for the transaction. Gorka in Arrecife speaks English and is very good. He also doesn´t charge a fortune!

Be very careful the estate agents are frauds
Whatever yo do don’t use Atlantic homes
If any agent asks you for cash for fixtures and fittings it is illegal and you might get done for fraud your

Go to Ropers in arracife very honest and reliable. We used them to buy and there solicitors.

Hi,
We used Roper Lawyers and completed last month, there is still some utilities to move over but they do it all for you. As some others suggest, a good lawyer is important. I don’t know anyone who bought via House Lanzarote. Roper Properties were very good and Lanzarote Investment are reported to be good and look after you as estate agents
be sure to get full view of running costs and the extra tax etc before reserving too.

I reiterate do not give anyone cash for fixtures and fittings it’s fraudulent and they all try it

Never even heard of them. Better to stick to some reputable agent like Roper Properties that have been on the island for over 30 years.

We’ve just purchased in April via Lanzarote Investments Cant recommend them enough. Soooo supportive. Also had some dealings with Roper Properies in the past Kevin and Chris were extremely helpful …. Again cant recommend them enough too xx
