Looking for lawyer to progress property purchase

Hi all - been here 3 months and have finally identified an apartment to purchase. I have all my ducks lined up regarding Spanish bank account and residencia so good to go. I now need a solicitor to handle the process

I have details of a few that were recommended but reaching out to see if you can suggest a few more. English speaking ideally and perhaps PDC/Tias based although if the right one is in Arrecife then so be it

One of the best lawyers for house purchase and the one we used was Gorka Centeno in Arrecife. He’s a stickler for detail. [email protected] Good luck!

Hi, I bought in PdelC and it was a dream journey and experience with my solicitor in Arrecife. English spoken, totally professional and everything was arranged from NIE number to Bank AC to services and even a Will 😆. It was not expensive. I mean stress free 100%.
