Cannot get hold of John of freedom networks have they stopped supplying broadband

Me neither my app has stopped working and he won't answer texts, mentioned a refund aswell and no response.

unfortunately I have also heard that he is unwell after suffering a heart attack, so as he was very much a one man it might be better to get a new provider
