Wanted: Ladies secondhand basic bicycle wanted from mid January. Must not have high crossbar.

I'm looking for a basic secondhand bicycle to get me between Matagorda and Puerto Del Carmen. I wouldn't be able to manage a high crossbar, so it needs to have a low centre.
I need it from mid Jan but can arrange to collect and store it immediately if necessary. Many thanks.
