Moving to lanzarote from UK and buying property

Hi all, I hope you're all well and enjoying the lovely weather whilst I'm still in rainy UK. I'm wanting to know if anyone knows a good reputable company that provides a service to help me get residency in lanzarote please and guide me through it as moving over on my own so it's a bit scary but I only have one life so I'm doing it. I'm also looking to buy a property and would like to know if there's any recommendations for a good estate agent. I'm also wanting to buy a 2nd property to rent out if anyone knows the rules. I know all that is a big ask but if anyone could help in anyway I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much, Sharon.
