HI, Anybody know what's happening with the Hawaiian bar

Hi, we were in Puerto for 3wks 14th Sept to 5th Oct. The Hawaiian bar was being gutted out so looks like it's being taken over and completely refurbished.... We missed it 🍹

Just back on the 31st Oct, it didn't look like there was anything being done to the hawaiian bar. Looks pretty derelict by all accounts.
