Moving to lanzarote

Hi all,
So myself and My husband have 4 kids aged 11,10,8 and 2. We want to move to lanzarote in about 3years and Set up our own small restaurant/bar. We are looking for advice on a few things
A) how much money will we need to save to make this happen as well as pay for accommodation
B) as for schools for the kids do we send them to the local Spanish school or do we try and find the extra to pay for the English school
Any advice at all would be much appreciated
