Lost: It’s in the airport 🙈

I have the email address of lost and found in the airport and it is easy to find - sadly I have no flights back to the uk 

I suggest you put an advert on lanzarote face bk to see if anyone is going back and the office is in arrival to the far right hand side

I have an email from lost and found at the airport with all details confirming the items are there. 

I just needed a price from a courier company for our insurance but unable to find a courier company.

Will also try a fb group.

Hi, I am flying back to England on Tuesday 13th September but it is a late flight so don't know if lost and found will be open? You said any English or welsh airport I am also going to Wales for a weekend whilst I am back. Let me know if any of that is useful? Cheers, Ashley

Hi Kay, I am flying in to Luton and will be staying in Milton Keynes. Where do they have to get back to as I have a trip to London and Wales planned.

If the office is not open late I could get my parents to collect as they go shopping in Playa Honda?

You may get a better offer from someone flying before me but the offers there if it helps and obviously I could be anyone trying to get a new phone or ipad but am happy to send my email address and phone number via a private message to put you at ease. Ashley.  

The airport are only willing to keep them there until August the 5th then move them to town hall. 🙈 they just replied.

They really don’t make it easy 

They are my daughters iPad and iPhone. The phone more of sentimental value as it was a gift from her sister. Might be easier if I took another holiday lol

Hi, the following is  a link to the spanish postal service with info on intt. parcel services. The lead page is in English.. If you are able to use this service and need someone to collect the items and take them to Correos for you I could do that. I visit Playa Honda fortnightly so could pick up the items from the airport and take them to the Correos office in Playa Honda. Have you asked your insurance company to assist with the return? Surely they have an interest in getting you sorted in the most practical way and should have experience in such cases!

Its good you have proof from the airport, I would of thought all you need to do is forward that to your insurer and let them sort it!

1. I am not sure how you go about arranging a courier to collect, but as a last resort if there is no rush we are going out to Lanzarote on the 20th August returning on the 28th September, we are more than happy to collect from the airport and bring them back to the UK with us, can then parcel them up and send them to you via royal mail..let me know if you need us.
