Can I buy a mobility scooter in Lanzarote. I know I can rent one but want to buy one insteaf

Thank you. I am wanting one in the future. We r looking to buy an apartment in the area n my husband will need a scooter . If it’s ok I’ll be in touch in the near future to see if it’s still available.
