I'm looking at buying an apartment in Sands Beach Resort, it has a complicated past, time share scams to embezzling funds for dictators, so, I think I need a good solicitor, can anyone recommend an English speaking solicitor in Costa Teguise?
Hi, be very careful, I read somewhere that part of the complex had gone into receivership/administration. One of the best lawyers for property purchases is Gorka Centeno in Arrecife. He’s an absolute stickler for going into detail and will give excellent advice at a reasonable cost. Good luck! [email protected]

We use All Law in Costa Teguise and have found Santiago Lleo to be super efficient and extremely friendly
