Can you buy a concrete render for internal walls which will restist peeling. Something like a plaster which will cope with moist concrete walls where salt is present.
Or maybe anyone can recommend a good fix for this problem in ground floor apartments?

Hi you can get a tanking slurry which repells the damp back which keeps your walls dry im a builder been using it for over 20 years
