Cleaner required

We are looking for a cleaner to look after our 3 bedroom villa. We would need exit clean. And set up for next guests which is usually same or a few days later. Midweek linen change if staying 10+ days. Property has key lock so no Meet and greet needed. Would also need maintenance as and when required and contact point for guests if the had any problems. Pool is already looked after by pool company. Current cleans looking to retire at end of October but are happy to show new company the ropes until then.
