Hi Lawrie

I have friends that live out there

I am signed up with a few agents

🤞 We can get out there and view in June

We've got a few properties short listed to view hope to bag a bargain being cash buyers

The area around Paradise Island sorry don't know name's of areas

Needs to be near the west coast for fishing FP would be ideal if a bargain came along

Hi- we just purchased in playa Honda. Saw various properties on many local websites and got in touch with a property agent in September and managed a viewingvtrip a week or so later

Offer was accepted in October and completion the day before final Brexit extension. We intend spending up to 6 months over the full year, so I’m not sure if residency is necessary for us ...

...

Get a good English speaking lawyer who is Spanish I can send names of required. Also as mentioned, we used a property agent to go and view any property and advise us on the area   When we went over to view, she organised everything for us eg Lawyer and bank - even took us visiting furniture shops, sorting out our remote access alarm and is our key holder and now running our refurbishment whilst we are stuck here. It makes all the difference and are trustworthy. I can’t see us travelling over before June simply down to restrictions   Let me know if you need any help and best of luck

Hi, please can you let me know which agents you used and the contacts details of your lawyerceyc please. We’re looking to purchase and just come back from viewing lots of properties. Thankyou sonja
