Hi we spent 8 months in Lanzarote from November last year, staying in various rental properties in different parts of the island, and all had excellent WiFi connections and signals.

Not sure if that’s what you’re asking but all our gadgets (iPads, laptops, phones etc) worked just fine.

What we did last year was to subscribe to 

1) Lobster mobile network using https://www.lobster.es  which is basically pay as you 

And

2) Get  a Huawei mobile wifi dongle ( different types on the market)

Combining these 2 devices gave us excellent connections in and outdoors
