Hi I bought last year & dealt with ATLANTICO HOMES
From start to finish the process was completely dealt with by them

In general add about 10% on top of price for taxes via solicitors and property taxes necessary upon purchases. You will also need a NIE/TIE number for property purchases

I also bought from Atlantico Homes, they deal with everything from start to finish. Atlantic View Still has some left .
