Hi all,
We are looking to move to the island of PDC later this year and we have conflicting ideas of how much household bills cost.. we have been told it’s approx €40-€50 a year for council tax, €10 a month for water and the same for electric, does this sound about right? Also is there any other rates to take into account apart from luxuries such as WIFI etc? Many thanks, Sean.

Hi Larry,
The place we are looking to purchase is just a 1-2 bed apartment no pool or hot tub, maybe a blow up hot tub one day if the budget stretches lol. It’ll just be myself and my partner, I know a lot of living out there is outdoor living, and we will be doing a lot of that, fitness etc etc so probably only be in around the evenings.
