Also a Stationary bike or rowing machine or treadmill while we are there for the month of February 2021. Staying in Playa Blanca for the month and my partner needs to continue his rehab while we are there.

We’re looking to move to Playa Blanca later this year under the new post-Brexit rules.

We’ve researched what we need to do but would appreciate any information or advice on the practicalities or any difficulties from anyone who does it before we do.

Hi all. As a villa owner on Las Brisas, I wanted to post the forum updated pics, now the pool has been refurbished. The water has now an "infinity" style, in that it comes right up to the top. I was there for Christmas 2020, and Emilio and staff can't wait to welcome us all back in 2021.

Hi, Does anybody know what the new criteria is for obtaining residency in Lanzarote as I didn't have all the required paperwork to apply before 31st December.

How much and where can I buy gas bottles in Playa Blanca, we have just moved here and are weighing up if we should buy a gas BBQ or charcoal. Thanks in advance.

Hoping I can pick someone’s brains on general PB planning rules. 

I would like to increase the height of my boundary wall by about 2 feet (for privacy), it is a shared boundary wall (part of it) with my neighbour. Does anyone know about local rules or regulations that may be needed? 

The adjoining wall is on the left of my property as you look at it, are walls like this in Lanzarote classed as ‘shared’ or normally will one of us own the wall (before I check my deeds)?

Tonight around 20:00 close to the supermarket Super Dino in Playa Blanca we lost our buggy. The brand is Easywalker, in color green aquamarine. Is only the seat part with no wheels. Unfortunately, loading the car with the food and the baby we forgot it on the top of the car.. We went back few minutes later and couldn‘t find it anywhere. I really hope is because of the darkness..

If anybody has seen it please let me know!
