Does anyone know if there is a second hand clothes shops in or around Puerto de Carmen???

First time in Lanzarote, what an amazing place for a holiday, cycling was a dream, food superb, will be back asap. Will need info on public bus from airport to puerto del carmen in the future, thanks for fab holiday.

Hi all - i'm living in PDC/Lanzarote with residencia appt on 18 December. I'm looking to open a non residents account to 'park' requisite funds in advance of the appointment and then upgrade to residents account once I have paperwork etc. However,  a lady in Sabadell yesterday informed me that in order to open a non residents account with them I have to take out private healthcare insurance with them. Surely not, that's outrageous. i told her I already have medical coverage and I have a right to choose a provider and not be told by a bank! 

is anyone aware of this as a policy by Sabadell or other banks here?  I need to open a non resident account soon but if this is a general policy then I find it totally discriminatory.  Any advice on where best to open an account for residencia purposes would be appreciated

Heading out to Puerto del carmen nxt week and wondering does any1 have some good tours to go on that'd be good 4 a lone traveller? Also may pop over 2 fuertventura 2 meet friend there/so wondering is it straight forward 2 purchase same day return boat ticket ect p.s..anyone done the go-cart thru terrain tour? 😊 thanks in advance

Hello, I need support with my mum if anyone can help. They were on a cruise, dad took ill now in hospital in Playdel Carmen my mum is elderly and worried she’s  staying in a hotel whilst she hears how long my dad will be in hospital for, should know more today. Would love to hear from someone who wouldn’t mind just ringing her or popping to see her, I can’t get a flight until tomorrow morning that’s all. I think she’s concerned how to get back to UK, travel etc she has insurance so that will be covered but she’s always had my dad for support now having to do things herself.

Hello Everyone,

I am going to be staying in Puerto del Carmen from 9th January until 5th march 2024. Does anyone know if it is possible get short term membership of a golf course or to get discounted green fees possibly by joining a society.

I would also like to do some cycling around the island and was wondering if it is possible to get long term cycle hire or whether anyone has a bicycle for sale.

Finally, does anyone know if it is possible to get discounted car hire.
