Holiday in Tahiche next week. Don't know this area despite holidaying in Lanzarote for many years. Are amenities good. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Not party animals. Thanks in advance

Hi there you probably hear this alot so will keep this short, we are currently looking at property on the island and have seen one in tahiche that ticks all the boxes. We are in our late 40s and although not party animals anymore and have lived in a quite area in the UK for 20 years having to travel normally about 10 20 mins to restaurants. we were hoping that Tahiche had some bars and restaurants so we did not always have to travel. All the searches we have made shows most of the bars restaurants in costa Teguise, can anyone advise. Also although we are looking forward to getting to know Spainish locals is there a ex pat community as well.

I’m looking for the best deal for fiberoptic WiFi with TV streaming and landline and the best router available. I have a large house with several devices. Most routers only reach 100m, which means having to use ‘extenders’.

Any advice welcome. 

Hi all,

today (17 February 2020, in the early afternoon) I came back to my car after a short hike. The location was left of LZ-34 on the way from Tahiche to San Bartolome, some 200 m before the entrance to the waste recycling landfill.

I had put the camera (in a small black soft case with two zippers) on top of my car and left it accidentally there when re-entering the road. It may have fallen on the road or beside the road.

The finder will be rewarded 200 €.

hoy (17 de febrero de 2020, a primera hora de la tarde) regresé a mi automóvil después de una corta caminata. Se dejó la ubicación de LZ-34 en el camino de Tahiche a San Bartolomé, unos 200 m antes de la entrada al vertedero de reciclaje de residuos.

Puse la cámara (en un pequeño estuche blando negro con dos cremalleras) encima de mi automóvil y la dejé accidentalmente allí cuando volvía a entrar en la carretera. Puede haber caído en el camino o al lado del camino.

El buscador será recompensado con 200 €.

heute (am 17. Februar 2020, früher Nachmittag) kam ich nach einem kurzen Gang zum Auto zurück. Ort: Unmittelbar links der LZ-34 aus Tahiche kommend Richtung San Bartolome, etwa 200 m vor der Einfahrt zu der Müllverwertungs-Deponie (weißes Tor, geteerte Einfahrt).

Ich hatte die Kamera (im schwarzen Softcase mit zwei Reißverschlüssen) aufs Auto gelegt und bin dummer Weise losgefahren, ohne sie wieder an mich zu nehmen. Sie muss bei der Rückkehr auf die Straße dann entweder neben oder auf die Straße gefallen sein.

Die Finderin/ der Finder bekommt 200 € Finderlohn!

Hi All,

I wonder if you can help, we have a villa in tahichi and the main router wasn’t strong enough for the whole villa, I put in some boosters for my parents and it worked fine for a few days, since then not at all only through the hard wire not the WiFi- is there an internet specialist or company that can come and get it all working and advise us how to keep it that way?!
