Thinking of moving to lanzarote 2024 can anyone provide advice on the following;

Finding employment 

Criteria regards  entering lanzarote 

Sorting accommodation rent/ buy

Any further advice would be rally appreciated  thanks tony

If you plan on staying you will need to apply for a 5 year non lucrative visa, apply initially to the Spanish embassy in the uk, I did mine in Manchester, it takes a while and will cost you over £1000 for two people plus other costs. You cannot work legally for 5 years. The system here is very very slow. Suggest you check out the visa requirement  on the Spanish government website. Otherwise you can come for 3 months but rentals here in Puerto del Carmen are scarce as is buying. You need to look into it deeply before committing yourself. GB
