Looking for a job: Maintenance manager

Being in my pensionable age, I would like to offer my services of assistance to foreign homeowners on the island of Lanzarote.
I am of Spanish nationality and live in Germany, where I have my permanent residence.
The idea is to be able to receive accommodation and a minimum salary to be able to spend most of my time on the island.
My knowledge of Spanish, French, English and German is excellent, and my ability to offer small additional services such as taking care of contracting small repairs and maintenance of your property.
My current profession is that of a journalist and photojournalist and I have been visiting the island twice a year for more than 20 years.
