I thought it was a 1 year, 2 year then another 2 year then the permanent 5 yearly one that just needs to be renewed without any checks ?

I got my residency last year to live/work here and it is for five years.

Was it difficult to get a work permit residency? Do you ah e to have a job or can you just get permit go work then get one etc
I have inherited a property in Tias that I suspect was built without planning permission. Possibly the whole property, possibly only part of it. Not sure. Who is now liable for any fines etc on the property? Will it have to be destroyed/adjusted before I can sell it on? And what is the normal procedure when this happens?

If the building has been up for I think it is 4 years with no complaint from your local authority I think you are in the clear but search a planning consultant or lawyer who will employ one for you Kind regards
