I am an Irishman living in England. I have an Irish passport.
I am buying a villa in playa Blanca.
As Ireland is still in the eurozone can anyone give me advice.
Also recommend any solicitors who specialise in dealing with Irish moves

Hi Liam, I used a solicitor called Gorka Centeno, based in Arrecife, to buy my house in Playa Blanca. He's very helpful, thorough and speaks perfect English. He will help you get your NIE number through a colleague of his.

It was many years ago liam when I did this and I had the help of an intermediary so the process was quite painless. In all honesty I could not tell you how it goes these days. I do know however that I'm not the only one who has been helped along massively by Gorka..
