Hi,
We are hoping to purchase an apartment in PDC later this year.
Was wondering how much it would cost for someone to manage the rentals etc.

We used Ropers inPDC they were brilliant. English and Spanish speakers.

If you buy an apartment in a private complex they will have their own management company.
Or are you looking for a management company to manage lettings etc.
