Any cleaning jobs in Costa teguise

Hello there,

I am looking at a buying a property in Playa Blanca which has been extended. I understand that as the property is over 4 years old the extension which has not been certified will not be an issue. However I would want to put a sun terrace on top of one of extensions but my Solicitor is saying within the next 4 years this could cause me to be told by local authorities to demolish and I could face fines.

Does anyone out there have any knowledge or experience of these rules and how strongly are implemented?

Hi, I recently bought an appartment in Arrecife and was wondering if more Dutch people live here.

We are staying in Arrecife 18th to 28th December and would like to maintain some form of fitness whilst over. An hour or so about 4/5 times. Are there any good gyms who would welcome tourists?  We are not Spanish speaking. 

Hard working & reliable ex-Nissan door maintenance technician of 30 years now relocated in Costa Teguise looking for any type of work . Would prefer the Teguise area but am willing to travel. Have a clean UK driving license.

We are due to travel to Lanzarote next week but are becoming increasingly concerned about the impact of the continuing volcanic eruptions on the island of La Palma. I know it’s about 200 miles west of Lanzarote, but ash clouds caused by eruptions can cause havoc over vast areas, especially to air travel, as we still remember from the recent Icelandic eruptions. 

Can anyone please advise how serious the situation is.

Hi I'm coming to Costa Tequise for 3 months in November and would still like to practice my yoga. Does anyone know of the lady who does yoga classes on the beach. Any information would be great
