Good afternoon - My wife and I (38 and 36) have been to Lanzarote 30 odd times on holiday (got back 4 weeks ago and go again in September). We want to move over full time with our 7 year old daughter but aren't sure if we're just being to excitable and it's unrealistic. I'm an electrician by trade and now manager a team of 16, my wife is a manager of a care service. We'd sell our house in the uk and would have about 140k equity to start life in Lanzarote. Any advice greatly appreciated. Got a few questions if possible.

1. Are jobs hard to currently get? (We'd both do any type of job)

2. Do we need to speak Spanish?

3. Would a 7 year old from the UK fit in at school?

4. Would we better off renting first then maybe trying to buy at a later date?

...I could go on and on but don't really know where to start and what to ask, it's all so confusing and exciting.

Hello folks I am trying to find out where the yoga class is situated in PDC.  Also if anyone knows of a small local walking group there too.  Please be patient as I don't usually do this message stuff.
