Is there a lawyer in puerto del carmen that writes wills /can translate an english will and ensure it meets spanish law?

Hi, I have old furniture to donate,charity shop or second hand furniture shop who is willing to collect the furniture. 

we are staying in the Matagorda area and I just wonder is there a Carer service ? My dad is very active but can get a little confused or disorientated so needs a little assistance. Moreso company when I am not available - to ensure he finds his way back to the accommodation etc. Many thanks
