Residencia facilitation

Hi Everyone - I will be moving to Lanzarote permanently from December this year and will hit the property search trail on arrival (cash buyer looking for 2 bed appt in PDC)

I'm a brit but holding an Irish/EU passport and one of the areas I'm keen to progress is obtaining residencia etc. I would rather bring on board a third party facilitator to help with this so I can focus on property purchase . I have Lydia Thain as someone to follow up with but would like to add a few others to a shortlist to assess etc.

If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly be appreciated

Hi Owen, Lydia is great and really knows what's what. We have used her and still are. I also came across Stephanie from Clarity Consulting Lanzarote, she is really helpful and quick to respond. I have attached her email.
