We bought a property in July and our electricity is with Endesa. They haven't taken any money out its now November We've set up a direct debit nothing been taken. and even been to office she said to just wait. Our solicitor tried to sort it but still no joy. Anyone know is this normal over here. We don't want to be cut off. Thanks.
