Proof of a day 2 test booked for your return to UK, you won't be able to complete your locator form with out this order number. Use Nationwide Pathology...excellent, order online to arrive at your home the day you return.

If your double jabbed you don’t need any tests before you come.   If your from uk you need an lateral flow test before coming home around 20’euros. Then fill out the uk plf and put your info on from the day 2 test you have ordered
