recommended property lawyers/legal firms

Hi all, moving to Lanzarote (PDC) permanently in December and looking to buy apartment immediately (cash buyer). I have ducks lined up on residencia support, private healthcare and tax advice etc but would like to create a shortlist of reputable lawyer/legal forms to undertake property process once identified

If anyone has undergone this process recently or can recommend lawyers etc it would be much appreciated. (doesn't necessarily have to be PDC based as I understand most are in Arrecife)

Hi, I can recommend Gorka Centeno in Arrecife. ([email protected]). He speaks English and is very thorough.

Ropers in arracife are very trustworthy .we did everything with them. And we gave them power of attorney so much easier.

Agree with Eve, Ropers, both Kevin and his son who is a lawyer have been in estate agency and are both helpful and tristworthy
