Hoping to rent this coming Winter. 2022 Looking to make friends for outing ect.  

Continuing my research and coming to PB early May to view property. I have been warned by a resident from UK about the poor quality build of villa’s etc. Single block construction, electrics and plumbing installed within walls, problems with damp, mould in wardrobes on outside walls and ingresses of water through windows and roof!! Not the complete list. Any comments from your experience and advice on how to make sure anything I buy will be ok? Does a survey carry the same guarantees as it does in UK? Thanks Charlie 

Hi, having recently changed our old large green A4 permanent residecia to the newer TIE when booking flights recently to Tenrife and just this day to Bilbao where there was always a message that you should produce paperwork to prove the discount now it seems it is now not needed. On both recent occasions we have had a message back from Binter and Vuelling stating that no further documents need to be shown at the airport.

So does anyone know whether the Viajes paper has now become surplus to requierment.

I have today booked the ferry return to Huelva and the same thing, not asked or need to show Viajes?
