I need to open a bank account in Playa Blanca to purchase a property. Please could anyone tell me if they are happy or unhappy with the different banks they have used? An estate agent recommend me to Sadabell but I would appreciate other opinions.

Hi Everyone, just wondered if there is anyone on here that has recently purchased a property in Lanzarote and how long the whole process took from saying you’ll buy it to getting the keys??  We are looking to move from the UK and I have just been told that sales in the UK are currently taking 18-26 weeks due to covid and the lack of staff in solicitors, land registry and councils. Just wondered if Lanzarote has been affected similarly. Was hoping to be moving over by January but not so sure now 😩

Having reconfigured our patio furniture, we are now left with 3 spare pieces to give away. 

Middle piece is undamaged, the other two have become slightly unwoven but are perfectly useable with cushions on them. 

Ideally to be collected from PB today / Wednesday morning.

My husband and I are semi-retired counsellors/psychotherapists who are looking for short-term and long-term house sitting possibilities anywhere in Lanzarote, though Playa Blanca is our favorite spot.

We are happy to look after dogs and cats and any other tamed animals...!
