As a non resident property owner the best I can seem to get is €40 a quarter with Banco Sabadell or €15 a month with Santander - if anyone who is non resident has anything better please let me know - cheers...

We also own a home and Non Residents and we are with Santander. We do not incur any bank charges on the proviso that we pay in a minimum of 100€ a month.

All our direct debits for the villa are from this account and they have been excellent. The online banking app is really easy to set up and is in English if that helps.
