I’m comeing from England to stay at aquero Lanzarote apartments , jan 18 2021. I understand you have to have a COVID pcr certificate with you . What happens if your one has not come through yet . Or you don’t have one . Do they direct you to a private testing place ? Do the hotel let you in ? ,there is 3 of us . Any thoughts ?

I would suggest you wait a few weeks as the process / requirements are still changing weekly
As for now as the UK is viewed as a high risk country , the Spanish Government ( which overrides The Canarian Goverment) have stated you will need a negative test certificate before you leave and it seems it will for part of the Entry form which needs to be completed 48 hours before departure
All will become clear in the weeks ahead
