Hi there, we currently own a family villa in Guime which we use for holidays a few times year. Most of the time we are in the UK. We would like to have the property valued and potentially put on the market. We would need to predominantly market and sell the villa remotely if that's what we ultimately choose to do. I am enquiring on behalf of a friend who used to live on Lanzarote and likes to come for holidays. He lost his sight a few years ago and though he is well catered for in his hotel he would appreciate some occasional support, companionship and the possibility of getting out and about.
